Finding your notes

Notes pile up fast. Flint gives you a few ways to cut through them.

The home list

Notes are grouped by when you recorded them: Today, Yesterday, Last week, and so on. Pinned notes sit at the top, along with pinned chats, so the things you keep coming back to stay in reach.

Search

Tap the search icon and type. Search covers note titles, note content, and transcripts, works across languages, and runs entirely on your phone.

Filters

Narrow the list without typing:

• Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days
• With images
• Multiple speakers
• Long duration: an hour or more

Filters combine, and Clear filters resets them. "Multiple speakers" plus "Long duration" is a quick way to find a meeting you can only half remember.

Sorting by size or length

In Settings → Usage, tap Notes or Minutes to list everything by size or by duration, ascending or descending. This is the fastest way to find the recording eating your storage.

Recently deleted

Deleting a note does not destroy it straight away. It moves to Recently Deleted, reachable from the Folders tab or from Settings → Usage, with a badge showing how many items are waiting.

From there you can restore a note or delete it for good. Flint clears old items automatically after a while, so do not treat it as storage.

Usage

Settings → Usage shows how many notes and how many minutes you have recorded, filtered by all time, last 30 days, or this month.
