Chats History
Every chat you have had, most recent first.
Features
Processing Mode: on-device, Credits Pack, or your own cloud keys. Covered in full in Where your audio goes.
Credits Pack: your remaining balance, and where to top it up.
API Keys: connect Deepgram, OpenAI, Gemini, AssemblyAI, or Anthropic. Each row shows what the key is being used for.
Quick Action sets what the button in the home screen header does:
- Toggle Theme: switch light and dark
- Chat History: open the chats screen
- Last Chat: jump back into the most recent conversation
- Transcribe URL: paste a link to turn into a note
Key Terms: names and jargon transcription should expect.
Data Connectors: connect your own MCP server to give chat extra tools.
Appearance
Theme: Light, Dark, or System.
App Language: twelve languages, applied immediately.
Show Weather as Background: a weather-themed gradient on notes, with a °C / °F choice. Turning it on asks for location access; the lookup happens on your phone and your location is never sent to Flint's servers.
Usage
Notes and minutes recorded, filtered by all time, last 30 days, or this month. Tap through to sort notes by size or duration, or to reach Recently Deleted.

Update Available: appears when a new version is ready. Tap to download, then quit and reopen Flint to apply it.
Gestures that are not obvious
- Swipe left on the record button: open the format picker.
- Long press a format: make it the default.
- Shake your phone on a note: regenerate its suggestions.
